Norm Franke, President of Alpine Bank, was appointed to the PERA Board of Trustees by Gov. Polis in 2021. He is a Board member of the Young Americans Center for Financial Education, the Denver Police Foundation, and Colorado Concern.
Mr. Franke earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado Boulder.
