Who We Are

PERA’s culture is based on a collaborative, integrated business approach that delivers quality customer service to our affiliated employers, membership, elected officials, and citizens of Colorado. We are a voice in the public pension industry on a local, regional, and national level.

We take pride in offering many benefits that support the overall well-being of our employees and their families. We also have an on-site fitness center and offer free classes to employees, ranging from group fitness to yoga.

Work/Life Balance

Full-time employees at PERA receive at least 21 days of paid time-off and 11 paid holidays per year.

Multiple Denver Locations

PERA's main office is headquartered in historic Capitol Hill. Opportunities are also available for some positions in our satellite offices north and south of Denver. We provide free on-site parking and secure buildings.
