Each year, PERA releases its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) to provide audited financial information on the retirement plan. It provides complete, reliable information that the PERA Board of Trustees, PERA staff, elected officials, and the public can use to evaluate PERA’s financial condition. PERA also creates a condensed version of the CAFR called the Popular Annual Financial Report that is mailed to all members and retirees.
In addition to the CAFR and Popular Annual Financial Report, PERA also produces an Annual Report for the PERAPlus 401(k)/457 and PERA DC Plans.
Actuarial valuations which provide a summary of the funded status of PERA are also available on this page. These valuations are produced by PERA’s actuarial consultants.
