We are seeking qualified candidates for our CEO position. The CEO, responsible for a $105 million budget and leading a team of 315+, has the overall responsibility for PERA’s investment and financial performance, operational effectiveness, member experience, and all program areas.
We are looking for a strategic and forward-looking leader who has an innovative and creative mindset. An executive who leads with a collaborative style and promotes a work environment where there is open communication, teamwork, and recognition for contributions is desired.
