Board Election

Ballot information was mailed on May 1, 2024, to eligible active members in the State and School Divisions for the 2024 PERA Board of Trustees’ election. Retired members will not be voting in this election since there is not a retiree seat up for election this year.

Candidate information is available below by clicking on the candidate’s name or the candidate guides. The deadline to vote is May 31, 2024.

There are three ways to vote:

  • Your mailed paper ballot
  • Phone (the election phone number is printed on your ballot)
  • Online (the election website address is printed on your ballot)

If you're voting by phone or online, you will need the member number and passcode provided on the paper ballot you received in the mail. If you didn't receive a ballot but you're eligible to vote, please contact the election vendor directly at 866-909-3549.

4-year term to be filled by an active member, currently employed in the School Division.

Higher Education (2-Year Term)

2-year term to be filled by an active member, currently employed at an Institution of Higher Education in the State Division.

Non-Higher Education (4-Year Term)

4-year term to be filled by an active member, currently employed with a Non-Higher Education employer in the State Division.
