Suzanne E. Kubec was appointed to the PERA Board of Trustees in 2017. She is currently the Liability Program Manager with the State Office of Risk Management within the Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA). Prior to her move to State Risk Management in 2009, Suzanne was the 457 Deferred Compensation Plan Administrator, also within DPA. Suzanne began her career with the State of Colorado at the Department of Highways in 1987.

Ms. Kubec holds a Certificate of Achievement in Public Pension Plans from International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), an associate degree in Risk Management from The Institutes, a B.A. from Colorado University Denver, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University.
