Member/Retiree PERA PIN Request
Please use this request if you have not yet set up a PERA User ID and password, or if you have forgotten your PERA PIN. If you have previously set up a PERA User ID and password but are having trouble logging in, please call the PERA Customer Service Center for assistance.
You will need a PERA PIN to initially set up a User ID, password, and security questions to access your account information online. Once established, you will only need to input your User ID and password; you will not need to enter your PIN or Social Security number.
You will still need your PERA PIN to conduct transactions by phone for your PERAPlus 401(k), 457 or Defined Contribution accounts serviced by Voya Financial.
Please note when you request a new PERA PIN it will immediately deactivate any existing account access information. Once you receive your new PERA PIN you will need to create a new User ID, password, and security questions to access your account online.
Your new PERA PIN will arrive within 7 business days. If you need to access your account before then, please call the PERA Customer Service Center at 1-800-759-7372. Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
