Take Employer Suvey Here

PERAtour, PERA’s statewide outreach initiative, concluded its first phase in June. During this phase, PERA held 12 community meetings in nine cities across Colorado, bringing together close to 1,000 PERA members, retirees, employers, and interested citizens in a factual dialogue about PERA’s current funded status and risk profile. We also established a dedicated website to provide information and gather input from those unable to attend a meeting.

Throughout this first leg of the outreach effort, stakeholders provided their thoughts on principles and priorities centering around a commitment to public service, the importance of PERA to remain attractive to a new generation of public employees, and PERA serving as a recruitment tool for employers.

To help PERA better understand the capabilities of employers as it relates to workforce data, we would appreciate if you could please take a moment to complete a short survey that should take less than five minutes. The feedback gathered from this survey as well as the conversations and ideas discovered at the community meetings will be consolidated and reviewed by the PERA Board of Trustees to inform any deliberations about changes to the PERA plan design.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
