Colorado PERA values the security of all member information. That’s why we implement security methods to make sure that only you have access to your personal PERA information. Online, that means logging in with a User ID and password, among other security measures, before accessing your account.
We also take steps to protect your information over the phone. When you call our Customer Service Center, PERA’s representatives will ask you a number of questions to verify your identity before making changes to your account. Similarly, when calling about your PERAPlus 401(k), 457, or PERA DC account, representatives at Voya will ask for your PERA Personal Identification Number (PIN) before allowing you to make any transactions.
