On April 8, 2021, PERA put into production an enhancement that improved the security, authentication, and authorization of PERA’s Secure Transfer and Reporting System (STARS). All STARS accounts are now required to use PERA’s Multifactor Authentication (MFA) feature. If you have not set up your new MFA log-in, please contact your Employer Representative.
