To Change Your Mailing Address
Using your PERA PIN/User ID and password, you may log on to the secured Account Access section and change your address online by clicking on Update Contact Information. Please note: If a PERA benefit check is mailed to your address, you must submit your address change in writing and include your signature. If you prefer, you can also send your change of address information by mail, fax, or you may call the Customer Service Center.

Complete a Member Information Form and return it by mail or fax to PERA.
If you are a participant in the PERA DC Plan and would like to update your address, you should complete the PERA Defined Contribution Plan Change Form. A beneficiary change form is available on the DC Plan Web site.

At our Westminster office, PERA staff provides all the same services available to members and retirees at the Denver office including individual counseling on the first Saturday of the month. Call the Customer Service Center to schedule an appointment.
