Colorado PERA can deposit your monthly benefit payment directly into your checking or savings account at your bank or credit union. Direct deposit by electronic funds transfer (EFT) is fast, easy, and secure. Best of all, your check will be deposited directly into your account which means you have access to your money faster than waiting for the check in the mail.

If You Have a PERA User ID and Password

Follow the steps below to sign up for direct deposit:

1. Log in to your account with your PERA User ID and password
2. Go to the “Forms” drop-down menu and select “Direct Deposit by EFT.”
3. Enter your information.
4. Select “Preview” to review your information.
5. Click “Submit” if everything is correct.

If You Forgot or Don't Have a PERA User ID and Password

You can download, print, and mail the Direct Deposit by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form.

Information received by the 15th of the month will be effective for that month.
