Open Enrollment Information
PERACare Open Enrollment begins October 1, 2009, and ends November 15, 2009. PERA offices will not be open to receive forms or answer questions on Saturday, November 14, or Sunday, November 15. Mailed forms must be postmarked by November 14. Faxed forms must be received by 4:30 p.m. (Mountain time) on November 15. Forms can be completed online with a PERA Personal Identification Number (PIN) through 4:30 p.m. (Mountain time) on November 15.
PERA benefit recipients currently enrolled in a PERACare plan will be mailed open enrollment information beginning in mid-September. If you have not received your enrollment materials by October 1, you may call PERA's Customer Service Center to request a replacement packet. If you are not currently enrolled, but would like more information about PERACare when it becomes available, you may either call PERA's Customer Service Center at 303-832-9550 or 1-800-759-PERA (7372) or
e-mail your request. You may also review information on 2010 plan choices by selecting the links under "PERACare Health Benefits Program Booklets" below.

Meetings
Meetings will be open from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The PERACare 2010 presentation will begin at 9:00 a.m. and the Planning for Medicare presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m. In some locations, as noted below, the PERACare 2010 presentation will be repeated from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. All locations will have information tables staffed by PERA and the PERACare plan providers. No reservations are necessary.
