only needed for Group Workshops, Individual
Appointments, and meetings held at PERA's Penn Center
and Pointe locations. |

The primary educational session is the Benefit
Information Meeting. Please attend one of these meetings prior to
going to any other event or counseling session. |

Members are not required to meet
with a PERA counselor prior to retirement. Most members can get all the
information they need by attending a Benefit Information Meeting, Group
Workshop, or Retirement Process Meeting. |

Interpreters for
deaf/hard-of-hearing members
and retirees are available
at PERA meetings held in large cities; please call PERA's Customer
Service Center at 1-800-759-7372 or 303-832-9550 or complete the

PERA form to make arrangements. Members and retirees may also
contact PERA through the services of Colorado Relay, a free service
offered through the Public Utilities Commission. The system may be

PERA meetings start promptly at their scheduled
times; please arrive 5-10 minutes early and pick up copies of PERA
publications, talk to the PERA representative about what you would like
covered at the meeting, and enjoy the refreshments. |
